Chelsea Flower Show 2011

The most famous show in the United Kingdom, perhaps biggest flower show in the world RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2011 takes place between 24-28 May at the Royal Hospital at 8am to 8pm. The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Great Spring Show first started in the year 1862. It is a 5-day show where Visitors come from far and wide to see have endless displays of the highest quality flowers and plants.

Chelsea Flower Show 2011 Highlights

RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2011 will feature dozens of spectacular show gardens including:
• The Australian Garden designed by Jim Fogarty for the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, charts the passage of water through Australia’s landscape
• The M&G Garden designed by renowned landscape architect Bunny Guinness
• The Skyshades Garden by Marney Hall, illustrates how beautiful an office garden can be using eco-friendly materials and native plantings to encourage wildlife
• The British Heart Foundation Garden by Anne-Marie Powell and is themed around the movement of the heart's veins and arteries
• The Homebase Garden featuring naturalistic shapes and textures of Cornwall and a colour scheme of blue, pink and white
• The Green Poem Garden by Kazuyki Ishihara, based on the mountainscapes of Nagasaki in Japan
• The Monaco Garden by designer Sarah Eberle, illustrates the landscape and architecture of Monaco
